I do not see the purchase button, how can I make a purchase? - Click here to be directed to the purchase page. Don’t forget your 4-digit item number!
Can I get a refund? - All sales are final
Can I pay in cash? - If you would like to pay by cash please call us at 303-592-5364 or email us at info@jascolorado.org. Please understand that while the item is active on our website it can be purchased at any time.
Do you deliver? - Due to our limited staff, we currently do not deliver. However, there are situations in which we can meet at one of our events and hand over the item there. Please contact us to make an arrangement.
How do I pick up my item? - Due to our limited staff we ask for your cooperation in arranging a pickup time at our office by emailing or calling. This will ensure that staff is available to hand over the item.

Do you have any more of the same item in stock? - Most of what we sell are items kindly donated to us to help support outreach activities, therefore we do not carry purchase inventory to sell.
What if the item is broken? - All items are donated by members who cared about the donation made. We sell items ‘as is’ with the hope that someone will purchase them and give that item a new life. We will do our best to either recycle the item before it gets to our market or price the item in a way that will reflect its current condition to find a new home for it. For this reason, all sales are final.
Can I see the item before my purchase? - Yes. We ask that you call us ahead of time or schedule a visit to ensure that someone is available at the office to show you the item. You can then pay by cash or make your purchase online.
