Colorado-Japan Friendship Week ticket refund policy:
up to 72 hours prior to event start time- FULL REFUND
within 72- 48 hours prior to event start time- 50% REFUND less a $10 processing fee
24 hours or less prior to event start time- NO REFUND
For any of the “Full Series” ticket holders, the above policy applies; the first event in the series serves as the “event start time”
